Hot Air Cold Riveting Process

1. Component assembly: Install the target components for assembly and position the hot air nozzle onto the plastic rivet.
2.Heat treatment: Apply hot air using the nozzle to uniformly heat the entire plastic rivet.
3. Softening and conditioning: Allow the plastic rivet to soften and reach a malleable state suitable for shaping.
4. Cold air forming: Replace the hot air nozzle with a cold air staking head and apply downward pressure while simultaneously blowing cold air.
5.Shaping completion: Once the cold air staking process is finished, the formed plastic rivet can be obtained.
