Hot Air Cold Riveting Controller & Capable of concurrent control of three sets of rivet guns for riveting operations
The HF-800-3 is a hot air cold riveting controller equipped with a three-channel rivet gun control capability, enabling simultaneous riveting of three rivet points. Moreover, it has the ability to store five sets of programs, facilitating seamless program switching when transitioning between riveting products without requiring parameter reconfiguration. These attributes make it exceptionally well-suited for multi-point and multi-product riveting applications.
The controller utilizes the hot air riveting process for riveting operations. By employing the corresponding hot air rivet gun and cold die rivet gun, the plastic rivets of the components are heated and softened, followed by rapid cooling and shaping, resulting in a solid riveted connection between the components. This process for component assembly work leads to savings in consumables such as adhesives and screws, promoting environmental sustainability and supporting lightweight product design.
The controller is equipped with an Ethernet communication interface, enabling convenient parameter configuration and retrieval. Furthermore, the parameter settings include password protection functionality to prevent inadvertent operation. The user-friendly design of the controller ensures simplicity of operation and ease of use.
Hot Air Cold Staking Process

| 3. Softening and conditioning: Allow the plastic rivet to soften and reach a malleable state suitable for shaping. |  |
